Moray was the westernmost settled island of the Ffolk and the most wild of the southern Moonshae Isles. Moray was awash in colorful wildflowers in both the lowlands and highlands. The Moonshaes' famous moorhounds originated on Moray. It was also home to a species of great red deer, and the Shannyth River Valley was home to many bees and beautiful butterflies.
